We had an excellent experience with I & N Builders on our Upper West Side apartment renovation. Ilya and Nina were great to work with from start to finish. Ilya handled the construction and Nina the administrative side, and communication with both of them was always easy and prompt. They were very responsive and accommodating throughout the project, including when we made changes along the way. We were looking for a high-end renovation with quality finishes and attention to detail, and they delivered exactly what we were looking for. The finished work met our expectations, and we are very happy with how our apartment turned out. We would absolutely recommend I & N Builders and would use them again.

Herald Square NYC Unit Combination Renovation: Transforming Two Apartments Into a Modern Luxury Residence
We recently completed a transformative renovation in Herald Square, merging two individual units into one expansive residence distinguished by sweeping skyline views and an abundance of natural light. What once were two dated, disconnected apartments have been meticulously re-envisioned into a seamless, sophisticated home featuring a bespoke kitchen, spa-inspired bathrooms, a dedicated laundry suite, all-new walls, custom lighting, and a complete interior rebuild. To create true harmony between the spaces, we removed all existing flooring and installed new, continuous floors throughout—allowing the entire home to feel effortlessly unified, as though it had always been one grand residence. Throughout the project, we went above and beyond in coordinating with a highly demanding building management team. Our proactive communication, detailed planning, and consistent follow-through ensured that every requirement was met smoothly and professionally. Because we handled the challenges behind the scenes, the process remained seamless and stress-free for our client from start to finish. Every architectural decision and design detail was curated and executed by our team, resulting in a luxurious, elevated home that balances impeccable craftsmanship with modern elegance.

Transformative Home Makeover by I&N Builders
This full Upper West Side apartment renovation combined technical expertise with refined design. The apartment’s electrical system was significantly out of code, requiring a complete electrical upgrade and all-new wiring. We worked closely with our licensed electrician, electrical engineer, and architect to bring the home fully up to current NYC building codes, while also coordinating in detail with a highly involved building management team. Despite the complexity of the project, careful planning, meticulous workmanship, and clear communication allowed us to deliver a smooth, stress-free renovation experience for the client. The scope of work included a custom kitchen remodel, two full bathroom renovations, new flooring throughout, and elevated design details such as statement wallpaper, custom wall niches, built-in shelving, and elegant French doors. The result is a beautifully updated Upper West Side home that blends modern functionality with thoughtful craftsmanship—executed seamlessly from start to finish. If you're considering a home renovation or remodel, look no further than I&N Builders for unparalleled expertise and dedication to turning your dream home into reality.
